Good morning Vermont! An artichoke heart eggs benedict on grilled tomato and and an English muffin with dill hollandaise. Fruit bowl instead of home fries. Yum! Highly recommended!

Maple Turkey Scandinavian Bliss. All other breakfast experiences have, and will, pale in comparison to the one my husband and I had at the Up For Breakfast restaurant. I started off with a perfect maple latte. Not too sweet (my husband raved over it and he hates sweetened drinks) and not too milky and not too strong. As I said, ‘perfect’.I had the Eggs Scandinavian. The stone ground mustard hollandaise was incredibly smooth and savory, and the eggs were poached to perfection. My husband had the Turkey Hash was dark, earthy and rich. We split a puffy and crisped blueberry pancake with local maple syrup.Service was prompt and beyond friendly when we inquired about local hiking. The servers seemed like they enjoyed their job and working with each other…they laughed a good deal and smiled frequently. Always a good thing!Make sure to bring cash…oh, and they close early (12.30 to 1pm depending on weekday and weekend)…

THE BEST. Love this place. Fresh oj, wonderful blueberry pancakes, scrumptious Bacon and homemade maple sausages, and real Vermont maple syrup of course. I’m in Manchester 4 times a year and go every day!
