This is an amazing experience for a someone who looks for unique flavor and hard to find Charcuterie treasures. Pate, headcheese etc. Heaven! And a small eat in menu with a mini bar of local spirits.
Stopped in yesterday to check out what they had to offer, and was much surprised to find delicious, tender, different varieties of beef. Wow what a find, to finally have a butcher in Vermont. The roast beef an pastrami were superb too.
