Some of the very best BBQ!. I-89 Exit 4 Randolph Vermont has a little gem in the world of authentic BBQ. Vermont Maple BBQ is normally found in operation Thursdays through Sundays year-round with the occasional exception of attending competitions or serving their very best at a fair in the countryside. Proprietors Pauline Poulin and Dave Langhans are the friendly faces greeting you for your surprisingly delicious experience. All the way down to the fresh-cut fries, you’ll be amazed at the flavors!
