Several miles down mountain rd. & placed in an old farmhouse or barn. Inviting interior but faux italianesque red tablecloths & gingham curtains b /t tables. Friendly service & tasty martini that went down very easily. Unique app on special I couldn’t resist, w/ towered fried eggplant slices layered b/ t mozzarella & tomato. Great idea & prettily plated, but it came to my table too cool for the eggplant to attain a desired texture or the cheese to melt. Pasta entree was fettuccine carbonara, indeed a generous portion, rich & filling, but nothing which surpassed my own past efforts at the dish many times before. But would still rec for the hungry, pasta-craving skier or traveler.

You don’t stay in business for thirty years in a tourist town if you aren’t doing something right. Warm atmosphere, superb wine list, and quality food and service. Try the bruschetta, caprese salad, save room for the homemade ceasar that comes with each meal, try one of their nightly specials of a classic like chicken parm. Make sure you save room for dessert and order one of Patti ‘ s daily specialties!

Had an excellent simple red sauce with sweet Italian sausage. Very good Caprese Salad on greens. Very satisfying Caesar Salad. Intriguing hazelnut chocolate ice cream ( it almost seemed to have a hint of coffee). All items were very well balanced. My mixed drink was perfect. I would definitely recommend. Dress code is casual, I suppose because of the location. The greeter was very friendly, helpful and accurate. Our server at the bar was very helpful, quick and pleasant. The food ranged from B+ to A- Price for two salads, two entrees, two desserts one mixed drink and a lemonade was $80, not including tip.
