I have eaten this type of rotisserie chicken in Peru and Al Carbon was just like the places in Peru. Taste was great, sauces and sides were excellent. All food was piping hot as well. I definitely recommend the fried plantains as an add on.

Fabulous chicken, grilled to perfection. I like the grilled cebollitas and jalapenos, beans, and tortillas. Two different sauces come with the chicken as well.
excellent! they must have a secret recipe for the chicken, the sides are wonderful, the cook is a real artist
