Baja Bean was a regular stop for our family, but lately the food has been inconsistent and there is one waiter in particular who should seriously consider a vocation outside of the customer service industry. The service is the biggest reason why we have given up on Baja Bean.
I am from out of town but every time I visit Charlottesville I go to Baja Bean and get the So Gouda Tacos. They are AMAZING!!
I heard great things about this place so we tried it. The food was very average and very bland. Also, the food was more of what Americans think Mexican should be like rather than real Mexican food. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great, fresh Mexican style food. Their salsa is incredibly fresh and the cheese dip with jalepeno smoked sausage is amazing. My fav are the sweet and hot enchiladas, I would choose Baja over anywhere else in c-Ville for mexican.
I wish I could get my money back. Worst $10 I’ve ever spent on food.
