Crust Crash. Christian’s current crust is tasteless. It used to be exceptional, but no more. The sauce is still tasty. Gone are the good old days when the crust was dusted with cornmeal. It’s been a long time since then, but today’s crust is no more than crunchy paper and air. I can no longer praise Christian’s pizza nor recommend it to everyone I meet. Too bad.
The best pizza around. Some of the best I’ve had. The downtown location is the best. If you disagree you should probably go hang yourself.
Awesome Pizza. Wow! Great pizza. Great crust. Gourmet pizza that is reasonably priced. The crust holds up to my expectation; it does not wilt when I hold it up. Superlicious!
