Horrible horrible!’ We will not go back!!! i took my 4 year old daughter there this thursday am at 10::00 am which I would assume is past the breakfast rush time. We waited at to be greeted as there was no one at the hostess stand and the cashier was ringing up customers. Finally, she came over and greeted us and then we waited another 10 min for a table. I overheard the hostess tell people that came up aftter us that they had lots of tables that needed to be cleaned. We were sat and our waitress was nice and brought our drinks right away. She also took out order right away. We waited over 30 min for our food–and I am not exaggerating — but the kicker was that my toast, bacon and eggs were barely warm!!! The hashbrowns were cold. The pancakes appeared to be the warmest and cooked right prior to Serving. Prior to getting served, the waitress was apologetic and checking on us. I do not blame her because she does not prepare the food. Now, I would have assumed out food would be screaming hot because our ticket was lost or something. They were not busy – this place was not at capacity. Anyway, I talked the manager who said she was sorry but offered no explanation. She comped our ticket which was wholly fair but we will not be going back!! This was the worst breakfast we have had in years and that is why I chose to write a review.
There’s nothing like going to IHOP with a big appetite, except this one. My experience with other IHOPs is that you can get a breakfast that almost overflows your plate. Here there was plenty of empty plate to see. I almost ordered another round.
Breakfast is great anytime!. This iHOP is one of the better ones that I have been to. There service is fast and nice the waiting is never long. We go on the weekends mid morning so that’s nice. I’m use to waiting 15mins or more in other IHOPS.
