I really want to like this place. The food was okay but the service was just way too slow. Almost 2 hours for dinner. They need to hire another server and cook for the weekends. Decor was fine.

Highly Recommended. They always have a friendly and accomodating staff, great food, and are reasonably priced. The Crispy Beef and Kung Pao Tufu are the best in this area by far in my opinion. My wife enoys their Udon Noodles. The only confusion is the name. It’s not really a Japanese restaurant. They have bento boxes but it’s more of a Chinese/Asian mix. If you’ew expecting sushi, you’ll be out of luck. However, they can call it whatever they want, I’ll keep going there.

I am sitting in Kyoto right now, trying to force myself to finish my meal with my family. We can only speak to the Teppenyaki but it is horrible. All of it, my steak and chicken and her shrimp, the fried rice, the shrimp sauce(white yum yum). Kabuto in Pantops is a far better option.

Surprisingly good. Friendly waiter, well-prepared food, interesting menu. The stir-fried udon was exceptional. We’ll be back.

Superb. The food was exceptional. They accommodated our request for a dish that was not on the menu and it was great. Will go back there.

Fantastic food. Went with the crisp beef and taro tea by other reviews and was not disappointed!
