The food was excellent! Pesto and banana peppers, who’d have guessed? Pizza took a while to come out, but got here right at opening so probably still setting up. Service was excellent and kept checking back regularly to make sure we were set with everything we needed. I can’t wait to come back.
Yum!. One of the best pizzas I’ve had – the Maui Wowie, though we did order with traditional red sauce instead of pesto. Delicious! Draft beers went down very easily as well (no funk). I know there are a few of these scattered along the East Coast. With that in mind, will someone bring it to southeastern Virginia? Please!?
Best pizza I have had.. The shittake pizza and Thai pizza were delicious and exotic. Decent prices: 8$ for a pitcher of bold rock, not bad! Great night.
Good Pizza. The pizza is great. The beer selection is really good.Get there early or you will find yourself waiting at the door- it gets crazy busy.
Amazing pizza and good beer selection. Great pizza, hard to consider any others once you have a Mellow Mushroom Pizza. If your beer tastes go beyond the common they provide some greet options and allow samples of the draft to help you decide.
Actually quite good. Pizzas are packed w toppings. Prepare for a wait on Thurs-Sat nights. Had a fluke customer service issue and the manager, unprovoked, went out of his way to rectify the situation. Will def be back.
Would It Hurt To Have A Sign At The Front?. I walked in, and stood about in confusion for a few moments. I wasn’t sure if i should seat myself, or wait for a hostess. I saw a lady who looked like she was cleaning off a table and asked her – turned out she was another customer! Oops! She told me to sit anywhere.I took a spot by the door, and during my visit, I saw no less than THREE other parties do the same thing! One even left. Mass confusion up front, and slow acknowledgement of people after they sit down. I was pretty unimpressed with the service. At least the calzone was decent. thedivereview.com
