What can I say, it’s a Red Robin. As with most chain restaurants, you get what you expect when you enter. The food is fairly consistent and I must say I do love their fries. My wife and I went here for a late lunch recently and the food was pretty much as expected; however, service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We came in on the tail end of the lunch rush. It was next to impossible to get a server. Our server would disappear for extended periods of time. Many of the tables had not bused and cleaned. Our table was still sticky. Our litmus test of lunch place is can we get in and out in less than an hour. This time Red Robin failed miserably. For a mostly empty restaurant (we were one of maybe 6 covers at the time), it took us nearly an hour and half to get in and out.
