The sandwiches you dream of…. I like sandwiches with a little extra excitement, more than you’d find at just any sandwich shop. The Market at Bellair has a fantastic selection – especially of sandwiches, chips, and drinks – and is worth stopping by off the interstate or while in town. The Belmont is my personal favorite (and incidentally one of the few foods I craved while deployed to Iraq). I’m looking forward to my next trip back to Cville!
Based on portions, the sandwiches are a little pricey, but they are very good. The Belmont–an Italian sub– is a prime example. They also have a lot of condiments to choose from, their corned beef is good, as are their breads.
