Good food, but no sharing. Wine list was very good, as was the food, but the restaurant has a policy forbidding sharing entrees which was annoying and costly as we were basically forced to order food we wouldn’t eat.
I really like this place. I’ve been to A la Lucia twice, and I’ve had good experiences both times. I love how they serve you bruschetta as soon as you sit down. Very tasty! The bread is great too – warm and soft. The first time, I ordered veal from their specials menu. It was good. My boyfriend ordered manicotti and it was REALLY good! The second time, I ordered the homemade fettucine with asparagus and pesto cherry tomatoes sauce. It was delicious! I love the decor on the inside of the restaurant. The mural on the wall is really cool, and there is entire room with decorative plates and paintings. I really like A la Lucia, and I will go back again!
The food is surprisingly good here. The spaghetti with meat sauce was sooooo good. Tiramisu was one of the best I ever had in the U.S..
Nice neighborhood spot. Many fine touches and great service at this cozy Italian spot. There were many great sounding choices on the menu including sea bass, salmon and many pasta dishes. The bread (ciabatta) was fantastic and my black linguine had great flavor. I continue to return to this spot for a good, hearty meal.
Great Italian…be prepared to feel STUFFED. Service was pretty slow, but the food was great.
Great spinach agnolotti!. A La Lucia’s spinach agnolotti is the best I’ve ever had. Great staff – friendly, neighborly. This is a wonderful neighborhood gem.
Run of the Mill Italian. No frills, noisy and crowded Italian restaurant. Good basic food, nothing really special, pizza above average but expensive. Can’t do much better in Old Town!
