Great lunch spot. I recently ate here twice in one week while on jury duty. Both times I was thoroughly happy. I tried the BBQ pork sandwich, which was the best BBQ I have had while living in NOVA. It’s a hefty serving. It came with cole slaw, which I didn’t eat due to personal preference, and a giant serving of potato salad. The potato salad was just ok–I prefer a mustard version, but the sandwich was SO good, and filing, I didn’t care what came with it. Next time I will ask for fries or salad. On my second visit I had the wedge salad, which was a wedge of iceberg with a whole slice of bacon perched on top of it. The lettuce was sitting in a bit of bleu cheese dressing, with a wedge of actual bleu cheese on the side, plus some pickled red onions. Delish. I also got the shrimp fritters, which were enormous–like massive hushpuppies with shrimp mixed in, and a remoulade sauce. Excellent! They also serve little cornbread muffins in lieu of a bread basket. Great Manhattans, too! (I didn’t have that while on jury duty!)

We were a group celebrating our office Christmas party and had a fab time. Food was great, drinks were great and service was top notch.MERRY CHRISTMAS
