No flavor at all. After running the Army Ten Miler, I was ready to eat anything. I ordered crab rangoon and sesame chicken. I did not care for the crab rangoon, but that may be because I am used it to served differently. The sesame chicken, however, was soggy, bland and completely disappointing. I had 3 bites and threw it away. I opted to eat what wheat bread and peanut butter I had left in my hotel room.
