I went to this place on my first day at internship. My team mates took me for welcome lunch in the company and they said it is one of their favorite place… Hence I had lot of expectations. I was good thoughI asked for something spicy in chicken dish. The server gave me a very good dish, though not spice, atleast not to my expectation level.Ambiance: 5/5 … Place is good to sit and chill for parties and dating and family trip.Food: 4/5.. I liked the food but since I was very hungry, it didn’t fill my stomachValue for money: 3.5/5 … I felt it was too expensive in comparison to what I got on my plate…Overall a nice place to eat

Mediocre at best. Ordered the prime rib med-rare and came out medium well. Service was ok.

Super Scallops. Took my staff there for a Christmas dinner. Food overall got rave reviews. Seared scallops with polenta was very good. I would recommend to a friend.

Service is excellent.. We went with a party of 4, we sat in Corrie’s section and the service was excellent. Our food was very good, everyone in our group was pleased including my wife who is very particular. If you are complaining about the prices you need to visit a restaurant in New England for a reality check.Thank you Corrie and thank you Theismanns.

Decent food, conveniently located. Well, you don’t get much more conveniently located than being 100m from a Metro station. Add to that a serviceable if fairly standard menu and you have a decent upscale sports bar. Both of my visits here were while traveling and while the straightforward menu did not disappoint, it did not exactly astound either. That said, the Grilled Salmon Salad had just the right proportion of fish to field greens to candied walnuts and hit the spot. The Peanut Butter Pie was so-so, and might not be my first choice of dessert on a future visit. While service on my first visit was unremarkable, on my most recent I received warm and cordial treatment that made me want to come back.

Taking utter mediocrity to new heights.. Nicely located across from the King Street Metro…somehow these guys managed to goon up a professionally designed restaurant in prime real estate. Service is numbingly slow, the menu is boring and the prices obscene. The food we did finally get was bland and pedestrian. Time to revamp this place and put some heart and soul into the food and service. Sorry-full.

Went here for New Years with my friend who lives in Alexandria. I’m from out of town, so she suggested it. I’m not picky, so what I’m writing comes from a person who was a server for 4 years. This was the worst service I have ever witnessed. I don’t know if they just hired the guy off the streets that day, but our server took 23 minutes to ask us if we wanted any water. Not if we wanted anything to drink, just water. He comes back ten minutes later with water and starts to walk off when I ask him if we could order a bottle of champagne. I pointed it out in the special New Years menu which had 2-3 different bottles of champagne for sale. I even said the name and price. He comes back 15 minutes later with a bottle of Chardonnay. We tell him it’s not the correct bottle as he attempts to open it and not listen. I pull out the menu gain and ask for the veuve, saying its champagne and pointing to it. It’s been almost 45mins at this point and he hadn’t asked if we would like to start with some appetizers. The second attempt at getting a drink wasn’t so slow, but he came back with a bottle of red wine. Sent that back after we have a detailed description of the bottle and label, he comes back and when he opens the bottle, which it was obvious he never opened one before, he aimed it at this column, which proceeded to play a game of pinball against two walls and land on some poor woman. I pointed the woman out to him that got hit, and he walks to the next table instead to ask how their meal is. We finally get our order in about an hour after we sat down. Food was not bad at all. The selection was actually very good and I enjoyed the entire 4 course meal. My friend had to return 3 meals because of her allergy to garlic and they kept sending out food with garlic in it. no manager came by to ask about the food or if there were any problems. The only really bad thing was the horrible service. It made paying $265 for the entire meal not worth it and overpriced by $100. I would never go back because of the service.
