Good food. HORRIBLE service! !!. I have lived next door to this Ruby,s for 2 years. I have tried to eat here at least 5 times. Every time service is HORRIBLE, and wait staff is lazy and rude, and the bar washes glasses in a nasty bucket behind the bar. What sucks is the food is always good. plenty more restaurants next door that are better.
Though service can be loopey, give a chance to this Ruby!. A few years back we stopped frequenting RTs due to some really nasty experiences after years of happily frequenting them. We recently decided to give them a try first at an airport (it seeming like the only decent looking hot meal place at the Orlando International Airport), and more recently, before seeing a flick at the next door AMC. From other reviewers Im reading, this chain of eateries appears to be somewhat erratic in their quality… But, with this visit, we were pleasantly surprised at the vastly improved service, dcor, ambience and not least their new (to us) menu options! We started with Ice Tea and Stella Artois, along with very unique and tasty Biscuit Appetizer. We ordered their Sampler Platter with Chicken Tenders, Taquitos, Mozzarella Sticks and Wings. We also got their California Chicken Flatbread with lemon marinated chicken, sliced avocado, arugula, red peppers and cheese – incredibly well prepared and tasty. By the way, they served the Stella Artois in a Pilsner Glass, do you remember the last time that happened anywhere thanx for bringing it back! Overall the experience was pretty good, and once again, we can honestly recommend RT and plan on coming back I hope they can stay consistently worthwhile!

The worse service ever! There were almost as many servers as customers and the servers walk around as if they have better things to do.
No Matter How Hungry-You’ll Regret It!!!. #1 – worst service, food and management and have to give them credit they could care less when I explained their terrible job: …not coming back to the table to take the order, not coming back to say the food would not be coming out any time soon after placing the order; not bringing a glass of water after asking for a glass of water; not bringng the the right food; physically having to locate someone to pay the bill; bringing a signature only printed receipt to sign without an itemized/detail served sales receipt; when checked I was charged twice for 3 additional items the waiter mistakenly brought us – totally attrocious!!!
Terrible experience! 1st: waited 10 minutes to even be noticed at the front door. The SPG was nowhere to be found, neither was a manager. Two other couples were in front of us waiting before we waited to be noticed. One of the couples was making fun of our situation by standing behind the front podium, and acted like they worked there. That was the highlight! 2nd: an over worked waiter found all of us standing and waiting and decided to find all of us different tables. He frantically searched for a table and then got us one-by-one. The place was empty and no one was around to control the seating. Usually the SPG meets, greets, and seats the guests. 3rd: finally we are seated, but the table is covered with food and drink by the previous guests. We immediately informed the waiter that the table was dirty but he had to immediately leelave to sit other guests. So we waited several moments for someone to come clean the table to no avail. Finally we just walked out! Other issues we had with this restaurant were the stuffiness if the place. It is always stuffy in there. The place smells of a dirty dish rag, just like the stained they use to wipe other peoples tables. We realized the only reason this place gets business is that it is physically next door to the movie theatre. We have learned our lesson and will never return to Ruby Tuesdays at this location!
Usually dirty. Extremely slow service. Servers act like they have something better to do. Do your self a favor and ask for the bill when you place your order. Bring cash for easy exit
