Seagars is dead, long live Share. New management at the Hilton Alexandria: their first change was to close Seagars which had completely given up, and re-open under a new name: Share.Whilst the lunch menu has not changed much yet, at least the great quality is back. Excellent burger with crispy fries ($13), decent Caesar salad, excellent new desert menu with a very acceptable lava cake. All in all a pleasure to be back at this convenient restaurant.Went back another night for a bit more formal dining. The short beef ribs in gravy were soft and flavoursome, the highlight was the side of garlic spinach ($22 incl sides). Only two options for Sunday night dessert, the chocolate/raspberry cake was far more appealing than the carrot cake.
