  Very disappointed. This Sweet Frog was disgusting. The seating area was extremely dirty. The entire bench that runs the length of the seating area was filthy. Spills, dirty foot prints, crumbs, and just general grime. We had our toddler with us so I happened to have wet wipes with me. I took out one and began to scrub the bench at our table and the wipe quickly turned black from it. And it developed a noticeable line on the bench between the area I had wiped and the area I left untouched. The tables and chairs are also dirty. The floor was was covered in food debris. One table was completely busted. One half wall has chunks missing. We’ve eaten at many Sweet Frogs throughout Virginia and North Carolina, so we were stunned when we walked into this one. The corporate HQ needs to have a serious chat with the franchisee and his/her staff.

  I have to say I am completely disappointed by this Sweet Frog in Hancock Village. Perhaps it’s from living in a big city before moving to Midlothian. The FroYo here is very diluted down. Not creamy but more on an icy side. I think it could be because so many kids and teens go here they really do not understand how FroYo should taste. Although my young twin boys prefer the creamier Sweet Spoons down the street. This place could also use a cleaning. However, with all the high school help I don’t think anyone takes the initiative. This place is okay when u want a quick froyo treat, however, do not get your hopes up. Again, very dilute froyo.
