Not very friendly or accommodating. I found the Ashburn restaurant not customer friendly, or willing to accommodate customers that were likely to be repeat customers if the service was provided. I will not be visiting or reccommending this restaurant to anyone. I work in the building they are housed, and I will be going elsewhere for my lunch now. (where I have been getting it there). The wait staff that I have encountered was accommodating and friendly; however, it was the manager who was not. He made it clear the service would not continue.
Nasty!! Went on a weekday & got the $2.99 special. Note: the $4.99 deal is better after considering a coffee. My coffee was burnt, eggs were too greasy, bacon looked like it was swimming in its fat and the pancakes had a glop of butter oozing off them. Grease aside, you could tell the grill was rarely cleaned… The one pancake I tried to eat tasted like hash browns & onions. Really gross food. I don’t look forward to the future stomach ache I will certainly have.
When I go to a diner, I expect a large and eclectic mix of items on the menu. I expect the food to taste good and I expect fare prices. The Coney Island Diner does not meet my expectations for a diner experience. The limited menu is overpriced for the quality of food being served. The wait staff and management are slow and unimpressive. The Amphora Diner in Herndon is a much better choice if you are looking for diner food.
Great !!. I went to coney island diner on wednesday for the first time for breakfast and i have to tell you i LOVED it !! what a great atmosphere, food and excellent service , the young lady there was so polite and welcoming … I have no idea what are these bad reviews about . Cant wait to go back and try those hot dogs ..

This place is a joke.Sterling is bad Ashburn mediocre. Food is just baad disguisrd by fancy names. Sorry
