I hated it! The service was the worst I have ever seen! The workers were stubborn and they charged way too much. They acused us of lying and didnt listen to a word we said. They threatened to call the police if we kept arguing. One of workers put her hand on my friends face and yelled at us. The workers rushed to make us pay and leave when we were still eating. The rice tasted bad and the chicken lacked flavor.
TERRIBLE!. I have been a customer at Nagoya for years! Ever since they opened I have been enjoying their food. However, recently I became disgusted by their lack of customer service and I will never be eating at their restaurant again. Ever since they have opened they have had fantastic food and despite the consistent rise in prices I have picked this Japanese Steakhouse among all others. I should have known better after the FIRST time I ate at their restaurant and I was squirted in the eye with liquid that they use to do their fire tricks at the table. Honestly, it was an accident so I can’t be mad at the chef and he did stop and apologize for it. The worst part about it was that the owners both saw it happen and watched me sit at the table almost in tears because my contact had gotten lost in my eye and it was burning….AND THEY DID NOTHING! Terrible. The most recent event happened after we spent over $200.00 for a family members birthday celebration and when we asked for cake plates we were told it would cost us $2 a plate! They know we are long time customers and they couldn’t accommodate us with a few plates? So we said we would purchase some from Giant and they told us that they wouldn’t allow it and we couldn’t eat our cake in the restaurant. I would have understood if there would have been a wait for tables but there were two empty tables! By the way, they used to take your picture, give you a pineapple boat and sing for free…they don’t anymore. So if you want to celebrate a birthday….go else where…or bring cupcakes! Check out Kobe or Sakura….much better!
All about the Sushi!. The Japanese food in this place is of good quality, and pretty much resembles the japanese food I have had at other japanese restaurants of this ilk (i.e. price range) and is certainly very enjoyable if that’s what you are in the mood for, but nothing unique or over the top, either. However, the Sushi here is excellent. Whether dining in or carrying out, the sushi is fresh, delicious and the price is right! If you live in the Leesburg area and you love sushi, this is the joint for you!
