Return trip on a Friday night and it was extremely busy, only a seat or two available. As I posted in my first review, Okada does it right. Fresh sashimi, sushi rice with the correct consistency to stand up to soy sauce and some creative concoctions all add up to a great sushi restaurant. I have not, nor will I try the cooked dishes because — my quest was always to find superior sushi in northern Virginia. Okada is my go-to place and will continue to be as long as they produce quality sashimi and sushi. The first picture shows the Red Skin roll and ….it’s spicy to the point that your tongue will burn and you’re eyes well. Loved it!
