Decent Pho restaurant. Arriving for a late lunch, the restaurant was still fairly full of patrons. We were promptly seated away from the breezeway which, despite having 2 doors, allowed the arctic air to swirl around the restaurant. We shared Crispy Fried Egg Rolls and I opted for Pho Saigon albeit without tendon or tripe. The egg rolls arrived fairly quickly and appeared to be fresh from the fryer – hot and greaseless. The flavor was good and the size made them easy to hold with chopsticks. The Pho arrived shortly thereafter and was, as expected, a large, steaming hot bowl of soup, noodles and beef. The flavors were good and the only complaint was that the fatty brisket was a bit too fatty (mostly fat). The prices have risen at this restaurant which isn’t too unexpected. The only negative is that the small bowl of Pho has been discontinued. The small bowl was a good choice for smaller appetites and it’d be nice to see it (and it’s lower price) return.
