Don’t waste your time. First they don’t take reservation even though the website says they do and if you call they take your info. Waited way to long for a drink and a server and the decor is not all the exciting. Sat by the bathroom so not very impressed.
Wow! Amy was terribly rude! I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a hostess. I called in to make a reservation for about 6pm and was told that they no longer take reservations but it only gets busy around 7pm so we will be fine. We show up at 5:45 and were told that we have to make reservations months in advance and we won’t be seated for hours. Hopefully their staff will get on the same page so we never run into this issue again.
Hmm Very Yummy. We had dinner on a Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the special Bayou Catch and it was pretty awesome. The only complaint was that the servers seemed confused. When we arrived at 530 there were only two servers. We ordered before a few tables that looked like had been there a while. No sense of anyone being in charge. Once the bags of yummy started coming out the waitress was very attentive to refills etc. My husband woke up the next morning wanting to go back and hes super picky! Yes, very messy
Food is very good; however, service is deplorable. Each time we go, we love the food but someone in group is left waiting for 20 minutes to get their food due to disorganized staff and screwups. Management is rude and unprofessional – yelling at a member of our group for how our table was arranged (not by us) and neglecting to notice that all others were almost done with meals when he had yet to receive his. Tried to charge us for screwed up order and required several visits from inept managing staff. Be sure to order drinks in order to put up with these muppets.
This place is super duper awesome! The Cajun spiced Crawfish, Shrimp and Snow Crab legs were the best I have ever had. Beats all the other Creole/ Cajun Seafood places I’ve been to. Brilliant idea to serve them in a bag infused with the spices and the oil. I got the hot and Neworleans hot Cajun sauce. I recommend the Hot Cajun. Hope they open in more locations.
