The food is delicious, and I really enjoyed the pupusas. Service was a little slow but only because the place was packed. Our servers were very friendly and really helpful (we’d never had Salvadorean food before and asked for advice)
The service was great, I had el Plato typico with a side of pupusa and the quesadillas. The food was delicious. The restaurant itself is very clean, and has a nice family feel to it.
Papusas, El Tipico and flan made for a memorable dining experience. Will make El Union a regular stop when I am in DC.
Papusas!. The papusas were very tasty and economical. Great service! Also, the refried beans are FANTASTIC!
Great food, wonderful staff. The Camarones Francesas is so good I have had to work over the years to remember to have other entrees. Everything has always been delicious.
