Fishy fish. I had the Ahi tuna taco on a recent trip to Smartmouth. I was expecting moist, tender chunks of tuna in the taco. Unfortunately the tuna was dry, fishy, and cold. I am not I would have known it from canned tuna. My friend who had a bite wondered why the tortilla was cold. Our other friend had the beer battered fish – it was fine, he said, and not fishy. But same issue with cold tortilla. I am not sure if the truck didn’t have power to cook that night or if everything is sold pre-cooked. I wanted to love these tacos. 🙁
