Food was bland and greasy.
We got delivery and everything was good – pepper steak, sweet and sour chicken, roast pork lo mein and fried vegetable pot stickers. This will be a regular spot for us. Decent prices too.
Bad customer service.. I recently visited the resturant , and with the poor customer service that i got was sicking. The rice was not cooked fully, the vegstables were to large and the steak was too small. Have the order i made was not done. The owner tried to justify that i did not give her my complete order , which i did. She was too busy on the phone and giving another customer there order. I will never visit this resturant again. Like i said VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I love Chens Wok!. CHens wok is always fresh!! I Work next door, and Wendy and Chen are alway so friendly! They dont hesitate to customize ur order and like i said fresh is best!! Their food is always so flavorful too.. Its real sechuzan style cooking!!! Very authentic, I recommend the Garlic beef 😀 and dont forget some of the sauces she makes , She makes a very good ginger sauce 😀 try it sometime !!!! Chens wok is my fav chinese take out in all of Va BEach!! aLSO you get alot of food for five dollars 😀
I’ve tried…. I’ve ordered several times from this place and never have I liked any of it. General chicken, beef and broccoli, general tofu, fried rice, lo mein, it’s all the same. I had heard it was good, but it’s the same as every other Chinese take-out place, nothing special.
