Best pizza on Shore Drive!
Good subs; great pizza
I can take it or leave it.. Another pizza place on the north end. They’ve been around a long time, 10-12 years, however this is a utility pie at best.We ordered large Pepperoni for carry out and it was about 22 inches across. The pie was thin like a NY pizza and that’s about it. Toppings were unremarkable as was the sauce. Not much else to say.
Jersey Girl give two thumbs up!. I am originally from Jersey and had the hardest time finding a place to get good pizza in Hampton Roads. This is our go-to pizza joint when we want a more authentic pizza. They have fair prices and are super nice!
IT’S IN THE CRUST!!!. The ONLY NY style pizza joint in the area. Some people think the place is shoddy, but that’s the vibe you want in a pizza parlor. There’s a big VA Lotto scratcher machine, video games, juke box, tiny TV, and a couple of guys that know how to make a delicious pie. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of their ante pasto salad; big pieces of deli meat, tangy provolone, good dressing, fresh, bright green veggies. The pizza has thin, NY style crust that is supremely foldable and comes in big, forearm sized slices.Only complaint: Toppings are a little thin on the meat pizzas, only 3-4 pieces of pepperoni per slice.Good value for the money and the owner is a standup guy and in it for the love of good pizza.
Real Pizza. It is so hard to get real pizza south of New Jersey…most people are too used to Papa Johns or Dominos. There a a few places that make good pizza … This is one of them. Will order from them again!
