Wow…456 is the best place to experience seafood and healthy culinary techniques. The appetizer line up gives you a peak at the great entree menu. The chefs use of sweet plantains and local seafood almost had me seeing Palm trees and white sand beaches. 456 will always be on my Va must do.
456 Fish. Everything was fine, even if the waitress did mess up my order. Appetizer size was fine and left room for dessert!
Fish of the Day Was Excellent. We ate at 456 Fish for the first time last night. The fish of the day was Wahoo, which was fresh and served with a wide choice of vegetables and potato sides. It was the first time I tried Wahoo, which is not available very often. It was excellent. The she crab bisque was also excellent, with nice big chunks of crab meat in a wonderful base. My wife tried the signature crab cakes, which were also very good. Dinner prices were a little high but the presentation was excellent. The restaurant is conveniently located within a block of Scope and Chrysler Hall so it makes a great pre-event dinner location. I will go back to 456 Fish.
We had wonderful service and great food! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they actually did bread and butter before the meal because so many nice restaurants don’t offer that and I am always hungry. I had the crab cakes which were great! All in all, wonderful. 🙂
Nice Atmosphere. Great place for a romantic dinner. The staff was friendly and very gracious. We started off with a great wine that complimented our dinner very well . The calamari was very good along with the dipping sauce. I had the blackened tuna which was cooked to perfection. I must say it was a great piece of fish ! My girlfriend had the salmon and was very pleased. No room for desert as it was her birthday and we had cake waiting for us at home !! Great dining experience and we will be returning for another visit ….
Appetize : Tuna sashimi. The food was very good, the wine was perfect. My favorite was the appetizer which was Tuna sashimi with Ponzu sause, i loved it! they only give you 3 pieces for $9, another extra piece would’ve been great, but it was delicious!
Great atmosphere. I had heard many great things about this place and finally got to try it. I had the skillet seared salmon which was AMAZING. The cocktails were satisfying as well. Enjoyed the atmosphere and will be returning soon.
