Food great; Service aloof. Enjoyed the local draft beer selection and the Turkey entree for dinner. Disappointed in service – aloof, more interested their phones and in one another than customers.

Disappointed. Loved the decor! Did NOT like the wait staff or the cashier – NOT friendly or helpful at all. They seemed to be like robots. Did they even want to be there?The food was so so. My friend’s sandwich was served on white bread. Sandwich bread. Really? The one side I had was not flavorful. It was seared greens with jalapenos. Sorry, putting 4 jalapenos on sauted greens does not add the spicy flavor to the dish. The chickpea curry WAS very good.Will I return? Doubt it unless someone insists. I had so wanted to try this place. Now I have and I was disappointed!

This place has figured out how to offer upscale food at an affordable price and a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I went for dinner: sweet potato gnocchi (best gnocchi I’ve ever had), feta slaw, pork shoulder with sweet potatoes, and chocolate bread pudding. They have salads, sandwiches, dinner items, and bangin’ desserts. Everything is so unique. If you’re looking for a new favorite spot, go here! The guys from the Handsome Biscuit have created another masterpiece!
Great food!. Today, I visited Field Guide. It was probably the best sandwich I had since moving to the area. I ordered the Privater a root beer braised chuck roast sandwich with smoked honey cheddar and greens. The combination of the roast and cheddar was an amazing experience the sweet hint of the root beer and the contrast of the bitter greens made this a experience to savor. The roast was tender the cheese was warm and soft such a fantastic sandwich. The place had a great feel! It was warm and inviting. The unique design of the tables had me wanting to talk with every stranger I sat next to. Tremendous place and even better food!
