Customer service SUCKS. They need to close this location. Was pretty empty, had multiple seats open. Walk in had to wait five min to sit down. Once i finally get a seat no one comes to take my order. They walked around me and talked to other staff. After 10-15 min we walked out.
Bad services. Stop on way home. Cashier was rude . Just made faces when someone ask her a questions more then once. Got order wrong. Was not right. Will not stop there anymore. Just bad customer services. Will stick with the one in ches. I spent over 30.00 dollars.I was take out.
Me and my best friend went to have an early dinner here, when we got there the lady who sat us was really nice. But we sat and waited for 20 minutes and we didn’t even get our drink order taken. There was an employee setting up tables all around us and saw us looking around for someone to help us, and being in the restaurant business myself I can only assume that it was her section we were sitting in and we were still ignored. We got up and left. Never going back.
Worst IHOP I’ve ever been to. When last night when it was slow and it took at least 5 minutes to get two sweet teas and then we waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get our food so we just got up and left. Didn’t pay for anything thing cause they didn’t deserve it. Cee cee was not a good waitress and I will never go back to that IHOP again.
IHOP Review. Along with Sherard we would like to give Jennifer, Valarie, Amy, Te Te and Renne with Jill and the rest of the managing staff a grate big thanks for a well done job people. These people are friendly to us and make us feel like we are truly welcomed and they are glad to see us. Which makes us very happy to be there. Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 teas. About 6 employees stood right behind our table the whole time talking ghetto gibberish; so much so and so loudly we couldn’t have a conversation at our table. The food was actually good, which was shocking. Will not go back when there are so many delicious restaurants in Ghent with good service and atmosphere. Don’t do it!!
Service was horribly slow and we had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks. When we finally got our food it was not the complete order. The only redeeming part was that they left the ways and coffe pitchers and the managers blouse was unbuttoned and showed a little side boob.
