Yuck–find a different location. I love a good Rally’s burger…too bad you don’t get close to that at this location. Drive through worker was rude to me and the 4 cars that she harassed during the time it took for us to get our food (15min, luckily we were first in line). The food: Cold burgers (50% correct on the order although the receipt was correct); cold, stale fries that tasted more like fish sticks than potato anything–so much for the ban on trans fat oils. I called the store 7 times before they didn’t auto hang up on me. When I spoke the manager, as soon as I said I wasn’t driving across town for more of the same, she clicked. This place gives all Rally’s a black eye.
They’re doing better.. I popped by here for lunch one day last week. It’s been a few months since my last visit. Previously this has been the slowest Rally’s on record. My time from order to actually taking my food from the window had been 20 minutes, with one car in front of me.This time around was a very big improvement. Once again with one car in front of me my time from order to pickup was about 6-7 minutes. The food was perfectly cooked and very fresh. I had a Baconzilla and fries combo on this visit. I hope they keep it up.

Ewwwwwwwwww……… I think they might leave food sitting out for long periods of time. That’s all I have to say…
