This place does have some good food. However the service is lacking. My friend ordered chicken wings and they were serviced raw. Besides taking them away nothing was said and then charged for them. I do understand trying to get food out but still that’s unacceptable. I will try them again but not ordering anything that needs to really be cooked.

This place was a total disrespect. This is the worst place I’ve ever been and it is such a shame because it is on a great location the service was pretty bad, first a pregnant person in my table had to ask for water three times before getting it, her husband went outside to get her water since the server couldn’t do it, then the server came back and ask them to take the bottle of water out which they were going to do as soon as the pregnant person got her water after a lot of fighting with the server we ask for a manager and his only words were that something is wrong with our table and we are treating his staff badly !!!Then we asked him to change the server, which they did but when we were leaving the new server told us f*^**^% us and flicked us which I felt it was totally unprofessional and last but not least the calamari I got was overcooked And the tuna bites they put way too much season on them.

I’ve been there maybe 6 times and the food has never been great. Probably ranging from a 3-6 on a scale of 1-10. The drinks are not especially cheap, and on one occasiom my friends and I ordered some margaritas that were, what seemed like, just sour mix.The wait staff has been below average and the place is kind of grungy. With all the great alternatives in the ghent area do not go here.

Pass. Just like everybody else says, the service is lacking. Not to mention we had to wait over 45 minutes to get our food when there were only two other families in the place. The food wasn’t worth the wait or the price. Hard pass.

I personally really enjoy this place. The waitstaff could be better, but the food is yummy and the price is good. I love going during the summer bc you can sit outside. I do think they serve much better when yiu have a larger group though. There happy hour is sweet! 🙂

Around noon on a Sunday my fianc and I Saw a huge sign outside Red Dog that said they served brunch until 130 so we decided to give it a shot. We went in sat ourselves and it took the server 15 minutes to come to our table. Any normal person would have got up and left but because we are both in the restaurant industry figured she just hadn’t seen us. When she finally came over she didn’t introduce herself and asked if we NEEDED anything. She told us they weren’t serving brunch anymore so we ordered Irish coffees and 2 glasses of water. She brought us about a 4oz plastic cup and basically asked us how to make the Irish coffees. At that point we were just over it and will never return.
