SHULA’S SPORTS BAR. Went during Norfolk Restaurant Week1. SHULA’S is more sports bar than restaurant or steakhouse. There are no seats that are not in view of a wide screen which is ok if that’s what you want and expect, but distracting if not.2. My wife was on a knee scooter, but we were still seated down a short flight of stairs that had no ramp associated.3. The food was salty; no bread/rolls were offered; they were out of the desert we chose, having run out THE DAY BEFORE we were told4. You’d do better at OUTBACK
