Worst experience ever!. I’m 64 years old and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We had a party of 4 on a slow Saturday evening. Our waitress had two tables to attend to. We got drinks and salads promptly and placed our orders. After waiting for our entrees for an hour and 15 minutes and not having our waitress even acknowledge us for the last 25 minutes, we decided to leave. The owner did comp us on our salads and ice tea but required us to pay for two glasses of wine. We told her how disappointed we were and got two excuses: 1) They mixed up our order and 2) they had to make more sauce. We were never informed of any of this until we said we were leaving. Sadly, the owner did not even apologize for the poor service. She countered that we had only been waiting for 45 minutes which was not true. We were totally ignored until we said we were leaving. That was my first and last time in that restaurant!
