Good location among other plusses. Located really close to campus, Sycamore has one of the best locations in Blacksburg for Tech students. The sandwiches decent and there are dozens of choices. My first visit was a little overwhelming, but that’s not a bad thing at all. You can get meatball and Italian subs at just about any sandwich shop, but in Blacksburg only Sycamore has choices like kielbasa and sauerkraut on a sub roll. Every time I’ve visited it’s been busy which shows that I’m not crazy and other people like it as well. The layout of the place makes it sound louder and look a lot more crowded than it really is, so I’ve never actually sat down and ate there.
