We enjoy their burgers (lots of fun options), fries and onion rings. Food has always been fresh, hot and as ordered.If I remember correctly they were owned for awhile by the Troutdale group…and they have their roots in downtown Bristol history.Worth a try! 🙂
Huge juicy burgers and excellent root beer float! Service was very attentive and super friendly. A great place to grab lunch ~ well worth the drive off of the beaten path!!
Overpriced and overcooked. My first and last experience at Burger Bar was not a good one. The burger (your cheatin heart) was dry and partially burnt though the toppings were good. The fries were nothing remarkable, just frozen prefab – probably sysco or the like. The total for just a burger and fries was nearly ten dollars. A much better burger with better atmosphere (and a bar) can be found across the street for less money. Not sure why people come here but I will not be back.
Very disappointed. Will not be back…ever. The owner was quite rude to me over a mistake he made.
This is the place. For one of the best burgers I’ve had in a quite a while. Joe and his staff are efficient, and incredibly friendly–as a matter of fact, they treat people right. I’ve been a couple of times now and the food is delicious (specialty burgers, reubens, hot and fresh seasoned fries).This place is well run and friendly. Bristol is lucky to have it.
Great vibe going on here at the Burger Bar, serves up classic American diner food fast and friendly. Beef hotdogs were great!
