Great steaks but sides are weak…. I’ve been going to the Ashburn Steakhouse for years and not once gotten a bad cut of meat. The steaks are definitely top grade and the menu, overall, very deep in choices. The service has also been above average, which is surprising considering the wait staff is pretty young and seems to change often. I’ve also tried the kabob entree and the jambalaya pasta and found them consistently delicious as well.My only gripe would be the potato sides that they offer. The twice baked potato tastes like potatoes out of a box and the regular baked potato is undercooked half the time. Overall, I would give the them 4 out of 5 stars. Never had an issue with seating, the steaks rock and management attentive to the customers.04 Jun, 2011Great service and the cut of beef is better than your average Outback cut. Meat tastes fresh – not frozen. Side item offerings are ok. We’ve rarely had a had a wait on a Saturday evening.

Changed vote to ‘like’.14 Jul, 2009Too noisy and not good steak. Seems a bit unorganized with similar service. Too expensive for the quality. Walk across parking lot to Bonefish for a much better dinner and deal.
I’ve only been to the bar area, late night. But everytime I go, I always enjoy it. The drinks are great and the bar food has always been very good. The bartenders are so genuine and friendly. I’ll definetly be back!

This place is great. I’ve been three times now, both with my family and with friends and I’ve had nothing but a great time there. The bread they serve is delicious, the steaks were very good. My family and I (2 adult, 2 children) were able to eat for less than $40. I don’t think you would compare their steaks to a top tier steakhouse but they aren’t priced that way either. The appetizers are good and the bar specials were really good. I can’t wait to go back.
The steaks, eh.. Not my go to place for steaks. Quality (of steaks) is just not up to par for a steakhouse.
