I always try to find a new place to eat when I am in town, and this place looked right up my alley. Local, organic, prosciutto deviled eggs sounded great. Went there figured out how it worked, ordered, and the only thing that we enjoyed were the deviled eggs. Kids meal turkey sandwich had about half as much meat as it should have, and what it did have was dried out. Rest of the food was subpar. Will not be back.
Feast consistently provides fresh, tasty and carefully prepared lunches and take home sides. This week’s special – a piquant Pita enfolded in flatbread, is the best I’ve ever had. And the staff is always brings happy and pleasant.
Best Baguette. Virginia Prosciutto sandwich was excellent. This was my first and only time eating here. The baguette is the best I’ve had in the States. The flavors and texture of the sandwich blended well with each mouthful. I should have ordered two. The serving size was a little small with only a pickle. The pickle was crisp not soggy. The quality of the ingredients made the sandwich worth every penny of the $9 cost. The thoughts of the fresh basil still delight my tongue as I write this review. My guess is that you would have difficulty making a bad choice at this deli.
Everything is good, and good for you.
Delicious, fresh and staff was really polite and accommodating to in-laws special requests. Well, they really just wanted everything plain, they aren’t very adventurous (not that you need to a foodie to enjoy Feast!!!)
Feast at the Feast. It’s a very cute, very tasty place to eat lunch. They have really good sandwiches made on high quality breads. Their bakery goods, while few in selection, are delicious also. The service isn’t lightning fast, but the wait is never unreasonable. I like that they use local fresh ingredients.
Good sandwiches. Maybe this isn’t the place to go if you’re in a rush or don’t want to be tempted by the high quality groceries there. The sandwiches are just fine and are large enough to share.
