Effing delicious. The picanha steak was perfect with the chimichurri, just the right amount of char to give it a satisfying crunch, every morsel was tender and evenly cooked. The provolone was delicate and nuanced, I’d cut the rind away, thinking that my wife may not enjoy it, and upon sampling, we ate every bite. The roasted garlic was dope.
