One of the best meals we’ve had in years. My GF and I are self identified foodies and this was the best meal either of us had eaten in years. Both the food and service were fantastic. We’re making this M&M a permanent stop when passing through C’ville.
Excellent food and the owner Mike is really cool. May be the best hummus I have ever had. Don’t leave until you check out the basement. Haha.
Did not know what to expect so just took a stab at ordering. Hummus with salad and pilaf dishes were outstanding. Fresh tasting and a delight. Service started out slow as we came in right as they got busy but improved quickly. They comp’d some fresh bread which was uniquely wonderful. Definitely recommend to anyone. Also have veggie dishes.
SUPERB food. Freshly prepared and very tasty. What an awesome find. Also the owners and staff are so nice and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. We will most definitely be back!
I love this place. I went for the 1st time last week to check out the place and the salsa night. I really enjoyed myself and the environment. The owners where super friendly and had great, fun personality’s. I have been recommending this place to everyone since then and I defiantly can’t wait to go back. I also can’t wait to check it out on the weekends when they have there nights for house music. Should be a blast!
Unbelievably Good Food!. My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic meal here. The borscht is superb. The piroshki are amazing. The Georgian dumplings are spectacular. And the chicken kebabs were the best I have ever tasted, moist, succulent, and beautifully seasoned. The attention to detail here is astonishing. Rice, for instance, which in many restaurants is just a throw-away side — here it is prepared to perfection. Even the salad was remarkable — a spicy mix of potatoes, beets, carrots, beans and other root vegetables. I just can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this food. Plus, the brothers who run this place are the most gracious and interesting people you will ever have the pleasure of talking to.
