A Wonderful Experience. I have a beer or two at Michael’s at least once a week. It is a great escape from the stereotypical bar scene. At Michael’s you can hear yourself (and others) talk, and the beer selection is great for both bottles and drafts. The food is good too, the bison burger and the spring rolls especially stand out.
Great beer – a tad pricey, even the happy hour wasn’t too happy. Good food though. We personally had TERRIBLE service, however, I noticed the other wait staff was very attentive to their patrons and for that reason would go back.
I’ve never had anything at Michaels that I didn’t enjoy. Awesome beer list is a plus.
After Monticello. After a full day at Monticello, we climbed upstairs for dinner and were well rewarded. Great list of brews, good selection of appitizers. The duck breast was the special, and it certainly was! Friends had the carbonara and steak, and all were happy. Great service, friendly staff, and a pirate chef.30 Aug, 2009Michaels.
