Needs improvement. Food is good but they need to desperately work on customer service. Had to wait forever for waitress (older lady) to come back to table. Check on your customers a lot more often.New Greek restaurant coming to c’ville……… better wake up!
Frozen gyro meat on a plain pita with onions is what I got for a gyro.I will never go back
Root Beer Floats – Yum!. I love this place. We work nearby, so it is easy. It is affordable. (Only cheaper is mc’d’s dollar menu). Food is good – as some noted, not the most flavorful, but if you want the better stuff, you will have to go somewhere that the entree’s are more than $20 a pop. My fave’s are french fries, root beer floats, and grilled cheeses. Not your standard greek fare, but I like. My friend would swear by the fish and chips, and vegie burgers. My other friend says the omelettes are ‘too big’. Well, you can’t please everyone. That’s my two cents worth. P.S. the waitresses are friendly, but sooo busy sometimes…
Give it a try. Good food especially for the price. Very friendly waitress. Had the spinach pie platter with salad.Sauce that comes with the gyros was delicious.Relaxed atmosphere-the name is right- more of a cafe than a restaurant. We will return to try even more dishes.
Um – NOT!. A guy who works with me had told me about this and I decided to give it a try – BIG mistake!I grew up with Greeks who were just so nice and could really bang some great food outof their kitchen. These so called Greeks were rude and not customer oriented, but worst ofall, the food was so tasteless and subpar. The portions were generous, but who cares if thefood is bland and not very fresh? UGH!
Okay. Food will suffice if you’re stuck for what to have for dinner. Don’t bother with the Calimari. Had the chicken & pork souvlaki that came with generous salad and fries. Fries ruin the dish, so forget them.
Great food, prices, portions. Great gyro, good price, generous portions. We always use take out. Staff is not friendly in the least. Seem to have some regulars that they are friendly too. However, their curtness won’t keep us from coming back. Definitely give it a try and you will be hooked
