Worst Brisket I’ve ever had. Like beef jerky. Tough, tasted like it was out of a package. Like day old philly cheese steak. Waste of 12$ I had brisket at the Local Smokehouse the other day. It was tender with fat on the edge of the cut. Delicious. Red Hub did not compare. Do your home work before you say you sell BBQ.
