I’m a business traveler and my client told me about this place. A great choice, very good fried chicken. Sides are ok, but rolls are store bought and lack something. The 8 piece special is plenty of food for two.
Finger likin’ good. If you love a good, home style fried chicken, this is your place. Food is cheap, sides are yummy. Your arteries need this, trust me.
Wayside has the best fried chicken in Charlottesville. Their sides are not the best. They appear to be mostly prepackaged. They also do a decent breakfast. The fried chicken is moist with crispy coating. If you come on game day be sure to order early.
