Tried Twice. Burgers have no taste whatsoever. Fries are like eating greasy cold noodles. We went in when they opened and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went back. We were right the first time. Really bad.

Enjoyed It! Worth a Visit. Found this place while driving around Barracks. Last time I was in Cville, only Brixx was located in this area so thought I’d check out this new establishment. Really enjoyed it, so not sure where bad reviews are getting info. It is a bit on the expensive side, but not far from other specialty burger places in the area. Very fine and fresh ingredients. Enjoyed the veggie burger edition of their Zinburger and really liked it. Didn’t partake in the wine pairings but definitely will next time. Staff was incredibly helpful. Recommend it!

Bad, expensive food. If yo…. Bad, expensive food. If you’re going to bill yourself as an upscale burger place and charge upscale prices, then the food had better be spot on. At Zinburger it isn’t. Cheap, dry bread encloses improperly cooked, under rested meat. The chocolate cream pie was gritty and obviously frozen. The only bright spot was the fries. It’s a truly sad thing when two people cost $40, yet the whole time you find yourself thinking that McDonald’s would be better.

Amazing Food and Service!. My boyfriend took me out for dinner to Zinburger, and we had such a great time! We sat at the bar. Can I just say that the bar stools are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat at. Anyhow, the bartenders we had were really friendly and gave us a lot of information about the restaurant and the menu. We both upgraded our burgers to the Kobe beef, and they were amazingly juicy and flavorful. I also thought the zucchini fries were outstanding. The side portions are big enough for two (which is nice, sense they are a separate charge from the burgers). We also went on a night were bottles of wine were half off! The atmosphere was lively (as another review posted), but we weren’t bothered by the noise or the music. It’s part of the appeal. 🙂

LOUD and expensive. It was so loud inside this restaurant I could barely hear myself think. Even the waitress commented to me about how loud it was; she and I literally had to shout to each other while placing my order. Turn the darn music down a bit!I loved the pomegranate iced tea, but at 3 bucks, it seemed a bit over priced. The burgers are expensive, and do NOT come with any sides. After tax, my bill was over $16 for just a burger and a (non-alcoholic) drink. that was before tip! The burger was a bit soggy, but tasted pretty good, but It wasn’t worth the price. thedivereview.com
