Any time I have even attempted to watch sports here it’s been full of kids running around while their parents were at a table or at the bar. The wings are pretty dull and when I ordered a salad with chicken one time it was clearly that chicken that you find at the store in the bag that they simply tossed on top. Usually has a wait staff that is ill-informed about the menu as well. Find a local hopping wing joint and skip this cookie cutter abomination.
Excellent service and food. Very clean.. The food is excellent and the service good even though they were very busy. The place is very clean. Refreshing!

Thursday’s Lunch tasted like yesterdays dinner. I ordered take out for lunch and I was told 15-20 minutes. Any time I order from here it takes almost 30 minutes usually. So I got there in 20 minutes and then I have a 3 minute drive back to work. When I opened the box everything was stone cold to the touch. So I thought okay, maybe it was ready at the 15 minute mark. Took one bite into it and inside and out cold like I had left out it out over night on the kitchen counter. So I figured why not, might as well try the fries…sure enough cold and stale. So moral of the story, don’t phone in an order. Go there and order take out so you’re there when it comes out. Unless you like cold food. They are poor in judging wait times. The food at BWW seems to being going down him and very quickly. I’m only just now writing a review because it was the last straw. I’m pretty much (I’ll go for drinks) done with this chain restaurant.
Waitress never put in our appetizer order. Wings were just ok.
Went to BW’s in Greenbrier …. Never again. Waited to be seated for 15 minutes, to find out there were nearly 10 empty tables/booths. What the hell? Food took forever to come out. The waitress … Worse service ever! Our 12 year old daughter got a small kids cup to drink with her hot wings. The waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there. BW’s wings are great. We will not go back to the one in Greenbrier. We just hapened to be in that area. We will stick to the one in Landstown Commons.
