Good Food with Terrible Service. Food was tasty, but the service was absolutely horrible. Drinks were never refilled, food orders were incorrect or forgotten. Our table came to the conclusion that hiring young high schoolers to be servers is not always the best business move.
Cristaldo’s Specialty Pizza. Had a Cristaldo’s Specialty pizza and it was awesome! Completely blows away the chain stores. We took it to go but will definitely be returning for a sit down. Definitely recommend it!
I had a great first experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious & our waitress (a young high school girl) was polite and very professional. I loved the unique options and I can’t wait to try them all. If you have not visited this establishment, you absolutely should!
Really like the Pizza. Pretty wife and me decided to try this place on a Friday night around 6:30PM. I was reluctant to try this seemingly hole in the wall place but we did. All of the servers seem to be high school age girls which could explain the previous complaints about service but our server was attentive and kept us supplied. We ordered the mini pizza’s and Pretty wife had a white pizza while I went for a more traditional pepperoni and hot sausage. While eating these I remarked that they tasted like they had been baked in a stone oven. They were a little on the oily side but that is to be expected when you use fresher meat ingredients. Pretty wife and I agreed that this was excellent pizza and would come back again. Now the side order of french fries were amazingly crisp and flavorful. We experience no problem with the service and the food was really good. I will return and if you like the stone baked pizza then this is your place.
Cristaldos makes a good pizza. They are friendly when ordering and the pizza is always consistent. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey in comparison to others. Overall, a good local pizza place.
It was ok but agree–a little pricey. I took the family to this establishment for Pizza and a Calzone since it was close to a store we visited. The service took a lot longer than should have. There was only one other group of 6 who were actually waiting to get their bill. We actually waited about 15 minutes before they took the order and another 15+ to get the pizza. I agree with another post that the crust on the pizza is good–kids liked it. The sauce was pretty good and the toppings (in my case) were about right. We ordered a pizza with cheese, pepperoni and I asked for a little extra sauce on the pizza. The charged me for three toppings (cheese, pepperoni and extra sauce). They are definitely expensive and yes–you can do much better for the money you spend at this place. I’d make sure you get a written bill so you know what you paid for each item. They have a habit of sending you up to the cash register and ringing everything up and just providing you with the total amount. This was a good one-time experience.
Not worth the money. I agree with the other post that they are not very freindly. I disagree that it’s worth the wait. I’ve never waited 40 minutes for a pizza a sub or any italian dish. The crust on the pizza is good but the toppings are slight and the sauce just didnt have any taste to it. They are very expensive and you can do much better for the money and time you are going to spend.
