We were packed in like sardines. They wouldn’t accept their own 10% off coupon because it wasn’t printed out. Shogun blows this place away!
The Absolute Worst Customer Service EVER!. I will start off by saying, that I will NEVER step foot back into this establishment. The food is not bad but the service is horrible. The older woman with he black hair and glasses is very rude and disrespectful. I brought a party with me and if it wasn’t so many of us. I would not have spent one dollar in here. Meanwhile, our chef was good. But, we were handed boxes and rushed out. So, everyone didn’t really get to enjoy their meals. I’ve been to Otani & Wasabi and have never been treated this poorly.
Most Excellent!. I had an excellent lunch here recently. The resultant is close to work so it was just a quick walk over. The first thing you’ll notice is that the decor inside. A lot of work has been put into the design and it’s very appealing. Immediately upon walking in through the large wooden doors you’ll see the sushi bar straight ahead with a small waiting area on the right. To the left is dining area with the hibachi grills. Which is where we went.I ended up ordering Sirloin Strips & Shrimp for lunch. My co-worker ordered Volcano Roles from the sushi area. Here’s were the fun began. When our chef came out he put on a heck a show, in fact one of the best I’ve seen in some time. Also there was a lady with two small children at the table. When the chef lit the fire one started screaming while the other was enraptured. Pretty funny. All the usually tricks were employed while the meal was prepared. Fire, check, balancing an egg and doing some acrobatics before cracking, check, onion volcano, check. Lots of flair indeed.Right about the time the chef was finishing with my dish my co-workers food arrived from the sushi bar. They take presentation to a whole new level here. The volcano roles and additional sushi on the plate looked awesome. I don’t think any other places like this in Greenbrier take to this level. My meal was also as delicious as it looked and there was nothing left in short order. I didn’t hear any complaints from my co-worker either. All in all an outstanding visit. It was a little pricy but not to bad. Great food & very friendly staff. Geisha is definitely a great place for a date or you’re looking for a good place to go with a group of friends. No doubt about it. Check them out.
