Went there on July 4th at 7:00 PM could not get seated because they were short on help, plenty of open tables but no one to wait on them. Told us it would be 20 minutes. Terrible service poor management. Tried to sit in bar but they have tables so close you might as well sit with a stranger. Went down street to Dennys had a good burger, no wait and better value.
Better than expected. I stopped in here last night to join some friends celebrating a birthday. This is my first visit here in quite a few years as I tend to prefer non-chain establishments but I have to say that I had one heck of a tasty burger. Our server was friendly and took good care of us throughout the visit which I’m sure wasn’t easy because the place was packed. All in all 4 stars.

Service was very slow for a Wednesday night. Food was just okay.
Having eaten at red robin before what we got was nothing that was expected. My food was horrible for the standards that are set by corporate. The wait staff was so-so but management left a great deal to be desired as when the problem was addressed I didn’t get any satisfaction out of management. We won’t go back
The service at this location IS HORRIBLE! We waited half an hour for seating on a Tuesday night when the restaurant had plenty of open tables. Waitstaff were watching the basketball game and cursing about it right behind my kid. Our waitress disappeared quite often. The food was decent, but the other location in VB is tastier.
